TRAMA Nella Silicon Valley capita spesso che le persone più qualificate per avere successo siano anche le meno capaci di gestirlo. Come Richard, un programmatore timido e solitario il cui potente algoritmo attira l'attenzione di due guru dell'hi-tech: il suo capo, che gli offre 10 milioni di dollari in cambio dell'intero lavoro, e un investitore disposto a finanziarlo in cambio di una parte delle azioni. Dopo qualche tentennamento, Richard opta per la seconda offerta e unisce le forze al suo gruppo di amici programmatori nella speranza di coronare il "sogno informatico", a modo loro. Curiosità: Nel giugno del 2019, oltre un anno dopo il rinnovo di Silicon Valley per una sesta stagione, HBO confermò che questi episodi avrebbero concluso la comedy. Chris Diamantopoulos riprende regolarmente il ruolo di Russ Hanneman in quest'ultima stagione.
