When a Marine collapses, he is brought to a hospital where they learn he was exposed to radiation. So the team tries to find out how and if it's an act of terrorism. Callen and Sam find out he was working as a security guard at decommissioned nuclear plant. They speak to the people there and don't think they are being completely honest. So Kensi and Deeks are sent in undercover and they eventually find the person who was responsible for the marine's exposure. So they think it's over till there's an explosion. Which means they are not done.
