Episode Plot:
Spector abducts Rose Stagg, bundling her into the boot of a car. Stella is concerned when Rose fails to arrive for her interview and goes to the Staggs' house where Rose's little girl tells her that a man called Peter was there the previous night. Having informed his unimpressed wife that he is back from Scotland Spector arranges to meet Katie who anticipates sex but he again menaces her to keep away from his family. As, in his role as a counsellor, he supports Annie - who is obviously unaware of who he is - Stella finds the scissors that killed Annie's brother, with Spector's prints on them. She is now certain that he is the serial killer, particularly after she gets a call from 'Peter' on Rose's phone.
