When a man is found with his tongue cut off, the team investigates. Jerry calls Steve when the man he was investigating for counterfeiting grabbed and made him watch him kill someone. Steve turns to Ellie for help but is unable to, so Steve goes on. When he sees the man, he figures out the man's identity is false, so he tries to find who he really is. Chin, Kono, and Grover continue to find the killer and discover another body only this time a different part of the body was taken. And when Max sees the body, he thinks he knows who the killer is.

DESCRIPTION
Steve McGarrett comes to Hawaii to avenge his father's death but when the governor offers his own task force, he accepts.
