He thinks it's a joke, but when he realizes that his step-dad is in there with him, the fun is over. Twelve-year old Brennen hits his mother while 15-year-old Donoven smokes weed and hangs out with gangs. Fourteen year-old Gabi, despite an noticeable facial birthmark, dresses provocatively, sleeps around, and continuously steals from stores.
