- These chapters start with the left-side page first, start with a single page on dual-view readers for correct page order.
- These chapters have a title so the archives contain a titled chapter sub-folder.
- Split chapters by Comikey are bundled together as a complete chapter.
- The chapter "numbering" is done according to the ToC from the tank volumes.
**Fixed:** The single low res x1280 page in chapter 7.2 is now a normal x2048 page.
