This incest story may be a little hard for some viewers to get through. I quite enjoy the sibling dynamic with Hitomi deliberately tempting her brother and Kousuke so readily succumbing, but beyond that point this story exemplifies a kind of porn I mentally label “reipu ganbou.” HITOMI WANTS KOUSUKE TO RAPE HER. She resists of course; that’s part of the game, but she doesn’t want him to stop.
Now that I’ve got you worried, let’s take things down a notch. There’s no brutal beating here. Kousuke just pushes down his sister, ignores her protests, etc. You will never see blood, not even during the defloration scene. You may also notice that Hitomi planned their first time for a safe day. The whole story points to a twisted sort of happy end that implies the siblings were made for each other and are effectively mated for life.
I google-translated the title from a French version of this comic. That one went with something more like “You can see it in her eyes,” which like “Tell me with your eyes” comes closer to the original title than other renderings I’ve seen.
