All episodes are hardsubbed. Episode 27 is missing, but it's a useless recap so you're not missing much. Episodes 1 & 17-21 are from [Miyuki-Fansubs], 2-16 are from [Miyuki-AL], 22-26 are from [MnT], and 28 is from [ShiniGami].
From what I could see, this show's never been uploaded to Nyaa with EN subs. This release is unfortunately a mess due to all the separate groups that worked on the show, but it's the only semi-complete release I could find (or make myself if I decided to) and is still infinitely better than no subs. If you don't want the messy original filenames, you're free to rename them yourself.
