Error in folder title. HEVC should be AVC. My bad
Light Filtering. (I have no idea where the contrast change is coming from.(only used 3 filters for this one. deblock,light de-grain, and deband.)
I did zero contrast change on this(mahou shoujo as well.) On Zvezda yes, i did do a contrast change. only thing is i made it darker not lighter.)
I will look into it & sorry for not commenting back but this is Kimikos account and im not going to bother him for a comment reply. p.s Opening song goes hard.
