DESCRIPTION
An animated series on adult-swim about the infinite adventures of Rick, a genius alcoholic and careless scientist, with his grandson Morty, a 14 year-old anxious boy who is not so smart, but always tries to lead his grandfather with his own morale compass. Together, they explore the infinite universes; causing mayhem and running into trouble.
Mentre la ricerca di Rick Prime – il responsabile della morte di sua moglie Diane – continua, Rick deve fare i conti con nuove, improbabili minacce. Dall’alcolismo ormai fuori controllo di Mr. Buchettoperpopò, così disperato dalla rottura con la moglie da aver assoldato un Predator per pedinarla, a una convivenza più o meno forzata con il genero Jerry e con il suo cervello, passando per il ritorno dell’intelligenza collettiva Unità e quello di una vecchia conoscenza del duo: Evil Morty.
Tra mondi dove i suicidi si trasformano in spaghetti alla bolognese e il Papa si serve del Bigfoot per eliminare i nemici della Chiesa, Rick e l’inseparabile nipote Morty finiranno così, nella strada piena di ostacoli che li separa dalla vendetta, per affrontare le loro paure più grandi e le conseguenze delle loro azioni. Il tutto condito dalla solita dose di irriverenza e da un senso dell’assurdo più forte ed esilarante che mai.
