Production Comments: This show was transferred to CD via a stand alone CD burner from 1st generation tapes. Re-mastering followed the raw transfer. Not a lot was done other than adjusting the tracks, cleaning the tape flips up, and a little high end was boosted for clarity. This recording really captured the ambience and sound from that evening. I was at the show and it takes me right back when I listen. The show sounds nice but we do have a whistler and some loud people around the taper. Most of the audience stuff is in between songs so it’s not too bad. Some of the comments are kinda funny, definitely takes you back to the 80s. ? I’ve been told there may be some speed issues with the show (runs too fast). I’m pretty sure that is the case with the interview portion but I can neither confirm nor deny for the show. The interview was recorded on 1/13/86 from Q102 after the second show in Dallas. The interview with Geddy is interesting; conducted by Red Beard. If anyone wants a stab at the “Platinum” version of the show, let me know, I have the raw transfer on CD but the tapes are no longer viable. Rmooty77

Production Notes : (1st Gen. Tape) This is from a different source than "1-12-86 Dallas Project". This is the Remastered version of "Live In Dallas". There is a 40:17 long Geddy Lee Interview recorded from the radio on 1-13-86 from Q102 with Red Beard. The songs off the radio interview run a little fast. The Interview was after the 2 shows were finished in Dallas. (2008-03-22)
