This one's been a long time coming, sorry it took so long.
This release includes a full edit (basically a rewrite, at this point) of the Aniplex base script, alongside extensive TS and TLC.
Encode features rescaling, temporal denoising, scene-filtered AA, scene-filtered deblocking, dehaloing, and graining (along with re-graining for heavily compressed scenes).
