Video & audio source is filtered JP BD. Subs are 1111/RedSuisei with timing adjustment and some minor content changes (changed title typesetting, added blur to other typesetting, and standardized the romanization of Ooishi's name in later eps to match earlier ones).
The production of this anime was obviously not great by modern standards, but having an SD Bluray release to work from is huge compared to many contemporary shows with similar issues. This release leaves room for improvement, but represents incremental progress (properly telecined, anti-aliased, debanded, better subtitle timing) compared to existing releases.
