[Henshin-Man] G I Joe Sigma 6 1-26 (Eng Dub)(TV Rips)
Well, it took me a while to track this down, but here's the notorious G.I. Joe anime, "Sigma 6," as it was presented during the 4 Kids Saturday morning block back in the day. These are not my rips, but apparently were done from someone's well-preserved VHS recordings from the original TV broadcasts, complete with the 4 Kids ads for their other shows over the end credits.
As for the show, if you haven't seen it yet, you're not missing a whole lot--while a G.I. Joe anime sounds like a GREAT idea, 4 Kids' usual rewriting and dubbing (especially Scarlet's newly acquired southern accent and Jinx's newly acquired breast enlargement) kind-of ruin the whole thing. The worst part of it all is that this series has no home video release, or even a DVD set, so these TV rips are about as good as it's ever going to get.
Odd trivia--the series is credited as being animated by Gonzo, but the South Korean studio Dagwon did the majority of the grunt work; hence the somewhat-stiff animation that occurs about 75% of the time.
In any case, enjoy the show for what it is (and the deliriously ninja-centric first season), and be sure to seed for a while after you're done!
