DESCRIPTION
What was once a superlative varsity baseball coach is now a jaded middle-aged man. He and a former student meet and the older man discovers that his now married pupil is afflicted with terminal cancer. Full of regrets of how he once treated the student the man ponders how to make it up to the man whom he once coached.

О фильме: Обучи Такаси когда-то был тренером школьной бейсбольной команды. Его прозвали "Красным Дьяволом" за яростное лицо и экспрессивное поведение. Сейчас же он - уставший мужчина средних лет. Однажды Такаси встречает своего бывшего ученика Сайто Томоюки. Когда Томоюки еще учился, то подавал большие надежды, но ему не хватало терпения, и в итоге он все бросил. Сейчас Томоюки - ответственный женатый молодой человек. Когда Такаси узнает, что одному из его учеников осталось жить всего полгода, то начинает переживать, что был слишком строг со своими учениками, и решает все исправить.
