Episode Plot:	Linda arrives at the Duncan home to greet her new grandson and help out around the house. It becomes apparent that Amy can't stand her mother-in-law. Teddy agrees to spend time with her paternal grandmother. Linda gives Teddy and Charlie a makeover, she also joins Teddy on her date with Spencer. Meanwhile, Mrs. Dabney gives PJ and Gabe an old box of toys and comic books. PJ and Gabe find a letter containing buried treasure, they dig up Mrs. Dabney's backyard so they can find the treasure, but they soon realize they were tricked into digging a hole so that Mrs. Dabney can have a hot tub. PJ and Gabe soon get back at Mrs. Dabney by putting green food coloring in her hot tub, part of her body becomes green.

DESCRIPTION

Teenagers Teddy and PJ Duncan and their 10-year-old brother, Gabe, are enlisted to help raise the newest addition to their family, Charlotte (nicknamed "Charlie"), when their parents return to work. With their parents juggling full time careers, they pitch in, getting very familiar with baby formula, burps, clothes, and babysitting while navigating typical teenage life.
