The mystery inc. head to Chicago for a show called Talent Star, hosted by Brick Pimiento. Upon arrival, they discovered that the opera house in which the show will be held is haunted by a ghost called The Phantom, who is intensely lauding one of the finalist to win.

Plot Summary Daphne and Fred try out for a talent show that takes place in an old opera house, but the show may be cancelled before rehearsals when a masked Phantom re-appears from the past.
Note from Encoder There is some slight video degradation for a few frames at 00:30:44.384 where the "camera" pans to the left, which I only managed to spot when creating the screenshots. Unfortunately it's in the source, so there's nothing I can do. I tried the BLURANiUM source and it has the same problem. Hopefully there aren't any more issues.
