Fixing subtitle typeset of original source to get 100% [HorribleSubs] look and feel.
At the moment including some QC:
- Fixing timing of signs (frame transitions).
- Fixing sign positioning.
- Fixing subtitle timing overlapping.
- Fixing honorifics if italic style is used.
