Features such as SSL/TLS encryption, SSL site–to–site transfers, firewall support and the ability to work with client certifications shouldn’t be missing from any FTP client. Checkpoint FW–1 type firewalls and HTTPS connections and are also supported by FlashFXP. Regarding the transfer department, several tools are offered by FlashFXp in order for your transfers to be complete. Tools for keeping connections alive, auto resume them and auto reconnect are the backbone of FlashFXP. Moreover, two connections at once can be opened. Another interesting feature of FlashFXp is that it is compatible with many protocols and proxies. FTP, WinProxy, HTTP, Socks, WinGate and Squid are supported. A text editor, folder bookmarks, a clipboard monitor and backup/restore tools are also provided by FlashFXP. It is really jam-packed with great features and tools.
Cons
Most users are really happy with this software product though a few of them lamented that if it can support multiple downloads, it will be an added bonus.

FTP clients are everywhere but FlashFXP is one of the best out there. However, here are some alternatives to it: FileZilla, WinSCP, FireFTP, Cute FTP, SmartFTP and many more. It must be said that WinSCP is the better choice if you need SSH support. On the other hand, SmartFTP is good if you need more request verification options.
