DESCRIPTION

The army of the Marauders, led by by King Terak and the witch Charal attack the Ewok village. The parents and the brother of Cindel all die in this attack. Cindel and Wicket escape and in a forest they meet Teek, a naughty and very fast animal. Teek takes them to a house in which a old man, Noa, lives. Like Cindel he also crashed with his Star Cruiser on Endor. Together they fight Terak and Charal.

**Notes: This is a crf22 (travel size) encode of a brilliantly reworked piece of 80s Star Wars nostalgia. Notes on the process and the source used for this encode can be found here. He used the original DVD source to upscale the films (to 8K), apply some light DNR to remove artifacting, and added some light custom grain. I assume he used Topaz AI to upscale, etc... probably took a month or more of processing time. I will also do a 4K encode of this 4K source soon. His work really, really does look amazing here. 480p to 4320, then 8K back down to 2160p, and here's the 1080p crf22 of all that craziness.**
