Step 1: unpack rar archive
Step 2: Disable internet connection
Step 3: run installer asc-setup.exe and start the program
Step 4: Use details in Serial.txt in "Serial key" folder to activate
Step 5: Continue configuring the program thru 4 steps and on step 3 uncheck automatic updates.
Step 6: Go to your Firewall and see if ASC is allowed to comunicate with internet. If it is, block it.
Step 7: Enable your internet connection.
