Wow, we've been inactive for over a month. One half-assed explanation coming right up...after this!
It is our goal to preserve the original 1984 Cream Lemon series without interference from Japanese censorship. We are combining softsubbed translations from LamonAE, Japanese video sources, along with newly-uncovered and restored video sources from the United States and Brazil to create new softsubbed and uncensored MKV releases of as many of the original Cream Lemon episodes as we can get our hands on.
Over the last month, we have been trying super hard to locate all of the uncensored Brazilian "Sonhos Molhados" tapes in Brazil. Unfortunately, our source in Brazil has been unable to locate all of the other tapes so far. However, just recently, a Brazilian collector was able to donate superior uncensored copies of episodes 1 and 5, which will be used in this and a future v2 release. Why is this v2 better than the original? First of all, this tape uses a new copy of the Sonhos Molhados tape of episodes 1 and 5. The only problem was that one or two shots had to use the original tape due to color instabilities during the NTSC->PAL-M conversion process. Another difference in this v2 release is the usage of a partially uncensored "Part 0" release of segments of episodes 1 and 2. This source was used to fill in some spots where we had to originally use lower quality subtitled Brazilian footage. Also, believe it or not, elgringo provided the original 1984 Japanese VHS release of this episode to us, which contained one uncensored shot that was censored on the "Part 0" source, as well as all LD and DVD masters, which we utilized in this v2 release.
In the case that our Brazilian source is unable to locate his tapes, we are putting out a cry for help. **If you, or anyone you know, has access to any Brazilian VHS releases of Cream Lemon, otherwise known there as Sonhos Molhados, please contact us on our Discord server, located in the torrent information. We would even be willing to negotiate a price for access.**
