The story is now known: after the disturbing events of the Willamette zombificante strange infection has spread to other areas of North America, hitting various cities including the vital and sparkling Fortune City, Las Vegas now sort of stormed horde of the living dead. With irreverent and satirical spirit against the company that unites this game to certain films like that, there is the opposite and drastic reactions of people towards the apocalypse, including initiatives such as the ruthless show "Terror Is Reality," a reality shows where the zombies are slaughtered by hundreds of motorcycles competing aboard battleships, and attempts at rehabilitation of the Dead by protest groups to defend their rights. Both elements, however, will be touched up close in the history of Chuck Greene, who is rather more structured than that which characterized the first chapter, at least for the main character. Through the clever system of the episode, but valuable downloadable Case Zero was explained before the launch of Dead Rising 2 Chuck Greene is found on the streets of the city in question and because it is firmly in search of money and Zombrex, the drug that slows transformation into a zombie whose daughter is in constant need. As in the first chapter of the series, even in an even more marked, with the impact of the Living Dead is direct and dramatic. There is so much tension of waiting for the manifestation of the horror, the threat is always there looming and overwhelming in terms of numbers, the terror comes from the crowd, a feeling arose from quantity than the quality, so to speak. Within a few minutes we see the prologue and we are immediately in the middle of the action, with people not yet infected to save, and help others infected with mad survivors who, as usual romeriana, are probably the most disturbing aspect of evil present at Fortune City. The narration of the events has been rather tight between a mission and the other, with the story divided into "cases" key to bring forward, but as a feature of the series, a completely free to the objectives to be accomplished according to the priorities of the player and substantially to his conscience. On the other hand, besides the zombies, is the time the main threat to be reckoned with, Chuck had 72 hours to save her daughter, while solving a 'problem to himself and his companions in misfortune, and leave the city before arrival of the military.
