DESCRIPTION
Rimini, 1991. For more than a year, the uno bianca gang - they always use a white Fiat Uno - has plagued the area. Their crimes are violent, sometimes killing carabineri, and there's no particular pattern: a bank one day, a petrol station the next, extortion of a small business the next. Are they terrorists? A foreign gang? Tied to the Mafia? After a particularly bloody shootout, two detectives are assigned to start fresh: they go through the notebooks of previous investigators and they interview a few witnesses again. They find a pattern in the crimes and predict the next assault, but the special task force in Bologna is dismissive. Can they carry on alone; how far will they get?

L'ispettore di polizia Valerio Maldesi del commissariato di Rimini decide di seguire insieme ai suoi uomini un imprenditore che deve consegnare dei soldi a degli estorsori. I malviventi però si accorgono della presenza della polizia e fanno fuoco, uccidendo il commissario Emilio Valli, amico fraterno dell'ispettore Maldesi. Valerio intuisce che quegli individui non erano solo semplici estorsori ma degli uomini della banda della Uno bianca, che da qualche tempo terrorizza con delle rapine la zona di Bologna. Spinto dalla rabbia e dal desiderio di giustizia Valerio, insieme al collega Rocco e aiutato dal giudice Soavi, indaga sulla banda, partendo da un'accurata analisi dei luoghi delle rapine.
Police inspector Valerio Maldesi of the Rimini police station decides to follow along with his men an entrepreneur who must hand over money to extortionists. But the criminals are aware of the presence of the police and fire, killing Commissioner Emilio Valli, a close friend of Inspector Maldesi. Valerio senses that these individuals were not just simple extortionists but men from the band of the White One, who for some time has terrorized the Bologna area with robberies. Driven by the anger and desire of Justice Valerio, together with his colleague Rocco and helped by the judge Soavi, he investigates the gang, starting from a careful analysis of the sites of the robberies.
