Aiseesoft Screen Recorder 2.1.18 + Portable is a program for capturing the desired area of the desktop and recording video and audio. You need to mark the area or the entire desktop at once to get started, then press the record button, then the video can be saved in high quality. I have already laid out a similar program from another developer, I just can not remember, but apparently it is almost no different. I remembered, the program from 4Videosoft, the same functions and externally similar. There is no Russian support, but in general it is not needed, you just need to select the full-screen recording mode or selected area, you can change the output video settings and specify where to save it, and then click on the record button and that's it.
