Everyone has made it inside Kuvira's mecha suit. Korra fights off Kuvira in the cockpit. Lin and Suyin disable the cannon by metal bending it from the inside, Kuvira discards the arm with the Beifong sisters inside. Mako overpowers the core with lightning, causing it to explode and the giant mecha suit breaks. Korra is able to get Kuvira out and she tells Kuvira to surrender, but she refuses to surrender to the Avatar. Kuvira attempts to finish off Korra but she loses control of the cannon. At the last minute, Korra uses energy bending to counter the beam and she ends up creating another spirit portal. Kuvira realizes the error of her ways and she surrenders. At Air Temple Island, Bolin officiates Varrick and Zhu Li's wedding. Wu tells Mako and Korra that he plans on abolishing the monarchy. Afterwards, Asami and Korra go on a vacation to the Spirit World, they start a romantic relationship together.

DESCRIPTION
Taking place 70 years after the events of "Avatar: The Last Airbender," this story follows the adventures of the Avatar after Aang - a passionate, rebellious, and fearless teenage girl from the Southern Water Tribe named Korra. With three of the four elements under her belt (Earth, Water, and Fire), Korra seeks to master the final element, Air. Her quest leads her to the epicenter of the modern "Avatar" world, Republic City - a metropolis that is fueled by steampunk technology. It is a virtual melting pot where benders and non-benders from all nations live and thrive. However, Korra discovers that Republic City is plagued by crime as well as a growing anti-bending revolution that threatens to rip it apart. Under the tutelage of Aang's son, Tenzin, Korra begins her airbending training while dealing with the dangers at large.
